Lily Chang, M.S.

Ms. Chang is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with nearly 15 years of expertise in generic drugs and 505(b)(2) new drug development. Her core therapeutic areas focus on psychiatric disorders (depression, Alzheimer’s disease), hypoglycemia, and hypertension.

She has successfully completed validation batches for multiple products and passed official bioequivalence (BE) study. Over ten projects have received IND approval in China, with expected pharmacokinetic outcomes achieved. In addition, several projects have been submitted for ANDA approvals in both China and FDA. She also possesses extensive experience in collaboration for pharmaceutical products.

Ms. Chang received her M.S. in Pharmaceutics from Xuzhou Medical University.
